Simple Spring Radish Salad

You know, writing recipes for salads can be a little silly sometimes. I actually probably put more effort into writing this down than actually into making the salad. It should really read something like : slices some radishes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, chives and pour over a little bit of vinegar and oil. Voila!

Ingredients
1 bunch (6-8) radishes, trimmed and sliced
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoons finely cut chives

Directions
To make the vinaigrette, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add in the sliced radishes with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
