Pineapple Pomegranate Margarita

It’s Friday. It’s 5 o’clock. It’s been a painfully long week. This really needs no further explanation. Prost.

Ingredients
2 parts* white tequila
1 part Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
1 part lime juice
2 parts cup pomegranate juice
3 parts pineapple juice
ice
salt, for the glass
pineapple wedges, to garnish (optional)
pomegranate arils, to garnish (optional)
lime wedges, to garnish (optional)

Directions
Run a slice of lime along the rim of your glass, then dip the glass in the salt. Set glass aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila and Pama Liqueur, then the lime juice, pomegranate juice and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds. Fill your glass with ice cubes and strain margarita into the glass. Garnish with a slice of lime, a wedge of pineapple and pomegranate arils (optional). Serve immediately.

* A “part” is typically an ounce in my world, but could be half a cup or more if you are making a pitcher or multiple drinks. Keeps the ratios the same if multiplying.
