Ingredients
2 fresh peaches, cut in half and pit removed
4 tablespoons Mascarpone
4 tablespoons Honey
handful chopped raw pistachios
Directions
Not much of a recipe for this one. Cut a couple of ripe peaches in half. Lay on a hot grill, cut side down, for a few minutes until soft and lightly charred. Top with a tablespoon of mascarpone, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pistachios.
