National Sandwich Day! (November 3)


Today is National Sandwich Day (not sure how “official” this “holiday” is, but nevertheless..), so I made myself a little lunch. No real recipes, just the photo and some descriptions:

Caprese
(Tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella, Basil, on Bib Lettuce and a Basil Olive Oil spread Baguette)
Prosciutto
(Smoked Italian Ham and Fresh Cucumbers on Garlic Aioli spread Baguette)
and
Seafood
(Smoked Salmon, Boiled Eggs and Radishes on Cream Cheese and Baguette)
