Ingredients
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons sugar
12 cups shredded red and green cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place first 4 ingredients in food processor; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Place cabbage and carrots in large bowl. Add dressing; toss. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
