Mexican Taco/Fajita Seasoning

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar for further use. As with most spices, this will stay fresh and pungent for about 6 months if left out of direct sunlight.
