New Orleans-style Spicy Bloody Mary with Pickled Okra


Ingredients
1 part Absolut Peppar vodka
1 part Absolut “normal” vodka
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
A pinch of each of the following: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried oregano and dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 pickled okra spears (1-2 diced; the other whole to garnish)

Directions
In a chilled cocktail shaker, combine tomato juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcester sauce and spices. Shake like crazy to make sure the spices are fully incorporated. Add the vodka types and diced pickled okra. Pour into a long-drink glass over ice and add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a pickled okra spear and serve immediately.
